• The Mobile Truck Food Craze

  Can't say I've ever tried it or am even interested.... However, I know of quite a few that are popping in and out of the Los Angeles area. I live in San Diego and unfortunately, we get everything LATE.

  Urban Daddy (If you don't have a subscription to this newsletter, I highly suggest you bug a friend to add you) just sent me the latest and greatest for the LA area. They tell me that Anh Joo will be featured at LA Live for the official opening of the LA Film Festival. KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN. If it's spicy, I'm not eating it FYI

   

  Anyhow, what caught me off guard was this Mama Lee's Meatloaf...

  

  I've heard of Neatloaf (A vegitarian version of the famous loaf of meat from Jyoti Biyangi's- best damn veggie/vegan food places in SD next to Loving Hut)

  Mama Lee is actually owned by chef and reality food star Debbie Lee from "The Next Food Network Star" OOoow, now do you understand the coloration?! So, SHE is also the owner of the Anh-Joo truck that will be available June 18-26 for it's debut at the film festival and then will travel to Santa Monica, Downtown LA, and Orange County Tuesday-Thursday. DAMNIT- Come out to San Diego will ya?!?!?!?!
